BEST SHOP IN SPOKANE PERIOD!!!!! I have had only one barber that I can truly say that they were the best ever to cut my hair.. Now there is a second on that list. I am new to the Spokane area. Moved up here for a job. My last haircut that I got, the barber butchered my hair and I had an uneven hairline and my hair was all messed up. I searched for weeks to find a barber. Finally I came across this barber shop. I hit Cameron to see if he could fit me in his schedule. He did. When I arrived, I got top notch customer service. The shop was in excellent condition and looked really professional. All the barbers in that shop are A+ Barbers and cut hair like no other. I told Cameron about my last experience and he understood and told me thst he would do his best to fix it. And he did just that. I came out looking my very best, better than I have in a long time. Their prices are great and I even got a discount for being a first time guest. Thanks Cameron. You gave me superior haircut. You have a lifelong customer while in spokane. Try this shop, you will not be disappointed.

For the past 4 years, i’ve been bouncing between barber shops trying to find the barber for me. It’s been a rough journey filled with mediocre haircuts and chop jobs. It got to a point where I was scared to even go anymore, only getting a haircut every few months when my hair got way too long. A few days ago, I called up this place to see if they had anything available. Spencer got me in right away same day which was great because it was my only day off for the next couple weeks. He did a quick, clean cut. I typically wait a few days to see what a cut looks like after growing in a little, and this cut is still fresh and one of the best i’ve had in a long time. I’m looking forward to my next visit in and The Yard has gained a lifelong customer in me. The price isn’t bad either which leaves plenty of room to tip the barber for a great cut. If you’re skeptical of barber shops like me, this place is the place to be.

There’s simply too many moments to count on why the barbershop is beyond deserving of a 5-star review. As a long time customer, I’ve watched this business grow over the past decade and witnessed first-hand the quality and consistency of haircuts improve. Comparatively, the Yard Barber offers the best (in my opinion) cuts at a price you can’t beat, but this review is more than just the services they provide. They make you feel like family from the moment you walk in the door. Even when schedules are completely booked, they make an effort to accommodate customers. Appointments are highly recommended! The barbers are personable, honest, and extremely hard-working. They have had positive influence in the Hillyard community and are all about “giving back”. Whenever I wear their merchandise outside of the shop, I often get stopped and asked, “Do you work there?”, “I’ve heard such great things about them”. This business has thrived on word-of-mouth referrals and that’s for good reason. The Yard Barbershop pays attention to the smallest of details and that’s why I’ll continue to go there indefinitely. If you have an opportunity to go here, schedule with Cliff — the owner. If you have children who need a haircut, schedule with Nick (he’s the best with dad jokes).

This was the best experience I have ever had getting my kids hair cuts! I have been many other places in town and never found the gem that I found today! They fit us in right away! And accommodate both are handicap needs and also my son who struggles with sensory issues! There hair cuts have never looked better!!!!! Thank you so much
